Birth Flowers

It's July and I'm already working on a calendar for 2019. (Can we first pause and question how it's already July... JULY. Half of the year has already passed... ) Ok.

Last year's calendar featured my illustrations on Trinidadian flora so this year, in keeping with the floral theme, I decided to add a more graphic element to it. Each letter of the month was paired with its birth month flower or flowers, and the colours used were those of its birthstones.

AUGUST featuring the Gladiolus and the Poppy and Garamond Roman font in Pantone 360 C

JANUARY - DECEMBER each featuring their respective birth flowers and birthstone colours

Frondly kisses,

Kat
